I really cant undertand the nonsense about property being to expensive-thre is still plenty of cheap housing in the burbs. In Melbourne you can still get exceptional value, I was looking at a 4 bed 3 bath with a pool on the weekend for $370k!! It is 50 minute drive out of Melbourne....but but but I want to live in the city...
But its not fair....
