I was expecting things to cool down somewhat in the last month or so and in the winter months. However, in my area of interest a property went to auction a couple of Saturdays ago for a very healthy price and not too many for sale signs around now that have not got the 'sold 'sign on them.

I still expect a significant slowdown in the rate of growth but the Sydney market seems to keep surprising on the upside.

Happy for 5% pa on average over the next 4 or 5 years.
