Your friend would be a pescatarian I reckon.

I have a mate who has been vegetarian since our uni days … he will eat oysters though because they don’t have a face lol … he still misses sausage rolls after 40-45 years so I tell him these days it takes imagination to see any sausage meat in a sausage roll!
