I'm not playing games here.

I post my position, and why.

I did phone the company, and mention the article to them,

and i asked about the interest rates, and also about it effecting our maturing facilities, and suggested that of course it would be a gradual effect as each was retermed.

Now either, the person i spoke to didn't really understand, and just went along with what i said, in relation to the article, and perhaps i was mistaken, in suggesting that the base rate was rising, but they certainly didnt correct me, and say hold on, you've got that wrong sonny, it was a case, of agreeing that the effect would be phased in on re-terms,

But even a re-read of the article, it does sound like it is just to those home loans....

So maybe i spoke to a goose.

So i agree, i think.

But i still see a flow on to the rest of the economy, that wont help.

I have no orders in at 32, LOL, i've spend half my BJT sell on other movers already.
