If management knows what the problems are then why don't they...

If management knows what the problems are then why don't they prove it to hospitals by testing just handful cases -

test them first as yanks tested and test the same cases the way management wants to test and compare the pair and prove that problem existed and resolved by following correct procedure and announce it here before going for 8 months long tour wasting again millions of dollars..does it sound like reasonable method ?

Like @samcro said any lab technician would have done better job with trials than what our management did..I can't believe that these guys have ran business earlier and also worked in the same space earlier.
