We may not get the same size dividend at the next payment date. The NPAT for the 2HFY22 will be about 50% of what it was in 1H.
This contract is the start of hopefully some consistent growth in maintenance/systems revenue which has stagnated over the last 2 years. Would love to see ASB hit that target of at least AUD500 mill p.a. in recurring revenue.
Cross fingers for the OPC contract award. ASB has not won a significant sized ship building contract in about 10 years now. Have to get one over the line - somehow.
