I’ve noticed some 1st holders see the Health Engine ACCC fines for inappropriate use of patient data ie selling their personal data to lawyers et al, as a positive for 1st Group?
in some ways it is but on the flip side it also is not... it negatively affects sentiment and trust in the sector of health SaaS!
I predict that uptake and patient usage of the platform can be adversely affected due to the negative news about a known competitor and site like Health Engine onselling private data to lawyers and insurers...
also the Myhealth1st .com site needs to become first class before anything else. Load speed of the site was slow on my initial test
Also the layout needs an upgrade and revamp against
