An interesting read, thank you. There are some estimations and predictions but that is part of the investment journey so I get that.
Software as a service (SaaS) has shown great returns in other sectors but health is one Im not familiar with how it will be implemented ie, what is the benefit? Who is benefiting and why would they want to remain subscribed to 1st groups software long term ?
who are the competitors and what are they doing? Where are they located?

If 1st group are to be market leaders in their service /product they need to have 1st class software and an aggressive sales team? Thoughts?
