I am pretty sure oil will eventually be back, so I see oil having a strong recovery, whenever that may be.
The powerful will never let oil fail. I nabbed some Shell on the NYSE for 20 bucks the other day, and they jumped to 30 in as many days.
Some great money to be made during this crisis. People get hysterical over these things, but in my opinion there is no way the powers that be would allow the big oil companies to collapse. Things will be back to normal before you know it, and we will all be wondering why we didn't buy them while they were so low.
