It would not surprise me at all. ASIC have demonstrated pretty clearly that the substantial shareholder declarations are not worth the paper they are printed on.

And quite apart from enforcement, there are so many ways to lend and borrow stock and chicanery with prime brokers and private option and swap deals on stocks that keeping track of substantial ownership is pretty mucb meaningless.

Well I would ask you then, who was doing all the dumping which pushed this stock down from around the 50c level to 8 cents ? You think all these master of the universe types would by 5%+ stakes at 50c or 33c and then watch it go to 8c and do nothing ? Its not their MO. They would either sell out or buy more.
