Thanks frieda-nice to hear from you. You, as an informed poster, seem just as relaxed as I would expect of one who clearly keeps up with and knows this industry. Panic merchants preaching gloom and doom lack the fundamental understandings we have discussed before and would be better served buying nab etc.
