Hi Adriano, 2010,
I own LNR and believe it remains significantly undervalued (on fundamentals) at present (51cps). I'm in the green on that one. It was over 60 a couple of weeks back, which even at that price is undervalued on peer basis. Very different company to AKK though but I believe you can apply some metrics across all O&G provided you make allowances for growth rates and risk.
Turning to SUR - they are not for me just on cursory evaluation (meaning I haven't done a whole lot of number crunching). Like most micro caps, their "presentations" are shall we say "skewed" - you just have to pick through it much the same as some of us (me) do with AKK. Not sure the "Eaglebine" is where I want my money. Halcon exited the Woodbine ....
I see value in AKK much more than SUR (hell I even prefer the potential returns for AKK in the Niobrara than SUR in the Woodbine, but the risk is higher for AKK).
Hopefully my exit point for 50% is hit today & profit locked in.
AussieP, the experts in the Niobrara aren't in Fremont county. What does that tell you? Just saying. And I think they know a lot more than any of us...

What exactly did AKK deliver in Birch in the years pre farmout to HK and what has HK delivered in the months after farmout?
