It is CUM XD, is it not? It dropped 1.5c straight away. As far as I knew the actual XD date is the 14th??? Am I incorrect, are todays buying entitled to the distribution?
If so 45c buy may be the order of the day.
1) 1 pt off to reinvest distribution on Av will be approx 44. Maybe just keep the couple of K in cash.
2) SPP will def come out after XD, later in the month. IMO.
3) They do need to give a good reason as to why they need the extra money in the SPP. As no explaination has been forthcoming.
4) 3c dist for 2010 is approx 7-8% at today price, so not bad. I would guess it would be approx 4-5% towards the end of the year. As expect this safe income bet to be trailing in the 60's later in the year. Hopefully sooner.
