the size of the infrequent orders going through at times over the past week may be due to this rumour. At the 25 cent price range, it would be a good bet to place to be in when this announcement does/doesn't eventuate. Looking at all the projects on the go, XBL will rise on it's own nevertheless. 25 cents is too cheap for this solid company at the moment.
It won't take much buying to wipe out what few shares are left in the sell side. I will pick up another parcel tomorrow knowing that the price will probably only go up from here.
