Sorry, I had read that PolyNovo would stay as it was - ie., 60% owned by Xceed and 40% by the CSIRO.

The "spin off" they mentioned would be in a new company that would develop the "wounds application of the technology" not the stents and orthopedic applications which is to stay with PolyNovo.

This is from their Corporate presentation in February which clarifies their plans for 2006.

Of course I could have totally misread their intent...
