Yes the Quarterly Report is a relatively tame affair.

The Annual Report, by contrast, is a much more interesting document in terms of what is said.

In his Executive Director's Letter at the beginning Mark freeman makes comment about the change in the nature of the company and how "Quest has made significant advances in dealing on its large startegic San Joaquin acreage position in California, which has generated US$1,300,000 in value for the Company."

Okay nothing too different about that comment.

Then he goes on to say :
" The remaining interest in 65,000 acres that Quest has retained presents significant exploration opportunities for the Company, specifically in respect of the drillable target at Guijarral Hills (potential resource 1.4 - 5 mmbls)testing programme proposed for Kreyenhagen (3 - 35 mmbls) and drilling at the Merlot prospect (23 - 46 mmbls)."

So that appears to indicate some of the most likely ones to be first off the launch pad.

He goes on to add :

"With these and the other SanJoaquin based projects the Company is working closely with its joint venture partners with an aim to commence exploration drilling programmes as soon as possible"

Oh yes please ! The sooner the better ! This year ??????
Hmmmm getting a bit doubtful for a start before the end of 2009 now but could see some starts in the March Quarter in 2010 ?????
