re: vcr's facing a hot competitor. When you think about it I reckon this Heartware float has got VCR on the run. Why are the bothering?

I would be amazed if there was any patent breach by Heartware and I reckon they have superior medical credentials.

I think VCR is very scared particularly with its market cap around $300m and the new one around $70m.

Looks scary to me.
