There is a lot of detail we are not privy to with this whole BNB structure with its satellites - the real pain in the *ss for us BBP holders is the management agreement - if BBP are able to kill that off without having to pay it out, then BBP will be free to make it own fortunes - if I was brought in to stragetically to do some good for BBP then the management agreement with BNB would be the first thing I'd try to terminate - at the end of the day that agreement hangs around BBP's neck like an anchor pulling it to the bottom - let's wait and see if something sensational happens/gets announced this week...
