    Yep Id agree, but I feel abreach has already occured, BNB have refused to fund any more corporate debt for any satelites so its perfectly possibly for BBP to go to court and show abreach and ask for atermination.

    The closess of green and his buddies to the share register at BBP however makes such a challenge unlikely and since BBPs assets are not mark to market a clear BNB vision seems to indicte a wait and see and hold on..then revlaue in 6 months...the boys it would seem are thick
