virgil it's been pretty widely reported that they were screwed down to 15c by those in the placement. That was the cause of the delay in releasing details. Apparently the initial pricing was closer to 30c, but the investors wouldn't cop it due to the earnings risk. It all makes sense, but it does screw those who had a substantial existing holding.
