I agree with flipsside. And if you check back on this forum, I have always been a fan of ELDPA over ELD. The capital raising is good for ELDPA and, assuming they payout in 5 years (just a conservative guess), I calculate annual rate of return is equivalent to 25% per annum.
Issuing at 15 cents is the only way they could have got the deal underwritten (I guess) and it should guarantee survival. Like may other SPP's, contrary to the usual expectation, the share price will probably NOT converge to spp price. e.g AIO, HZN come to mind.
I will take up Spp but I still think ELDPA will outperform ELD over coming year or so.
