Relaxan as has been stated here and in the press multiple times, it is not the banks who were in control of the conditions of the issue, it was those stumping up the cash.
If you read my previous posts you will know I am also amazed that they couldn't come up with a better proposal. That said it has so far been received very well, and i am very surprised at the current sp. I am probably one of the fortunate ones, having only bought a small ELD stake waiting for the cap raising, with a bigger slice of PA.
If you are looking for the worst raising of the year there are plenty of contenders.
