He might've made one of the biggest screw ups in a long time though, with his "the reserves upgrade will not disappoint" statement. That statement could be a pivotal statement in a class action on the grounds of continuous disclosure. I don't think anyone could argue their way out of saying that this statement would not affect shareholders decision making.
