They want to force everyone to have it because if only half the people get them, the other half will see them getting sick and dying (eventually) and then refuse to take it. If everyone starts getting sick and dying they can blame it on a new strain of the covaids (or whatever bogeyman of the day is around) that the vaccine wasn't able to help with.
