    Well yes and no. When they gave blanket immunity to all the other vaccines back in the 80's (referring to the U.S. ) they setup the vaccine injury compensation board (vaccine court) to deal with all the injuries. It is notoriously hard to get a positive decision out of this mob and they do award compensation the government (i.e. the taxpaying public) pays it. Great rort if you have that kind of power, privatise the profits and socialise the losses. Even though the vaccine court has still paid out BILLIONS over the years to victims of vaccine injuries. So I suspect that will be the case here as well though given the state of things in general I'm not sure how that will work out. Also given that the U.K. (and presumably other governments) have called for AI developers to work out a program to keep up with all of the expected adverse reactions from the mRNA covaids vaccine I'm not to hopeful of injured people getting compensated..even the ones that survive. Best course of action is to avoid it altogether IMO.
