When one (1 only) director sold, the size of his sale amounted to 4.5% of the total turnover for the day. Today, someone would need to sell 540,000 shares at once for an equivalent impact. There has been one 750,000 sale today that I've noticed. There's also been a 1 mill buy and a few half mill buys. But my reading today has been a fall on opening and bouncing around 0.046-0.048 where the director sized buy and sells have occurred. This tells me that the parcel the director sold at the time had negliable bearing on the share price at that time. Sentiment is negative because it's a 'bad sign' when a director sells. This is generally true. But you don't know why the director sold and further the director did not sell opportunistically on the spike. That's the bad sign to me. When directors sell to kill a rising shareprice. At the time this director sold, the reasonable expectation for the share would be a slight rise (as happened anyway) or a sideways movement

Where do I place the blame for the lower share price?
1. The stock market overall has tanked. Sentiment is negative, as reflected by many comments on the ADO thread
2. ADO went from the 1s to 9.8c in 2 days, so we're still approx 50% above where we started. That suggests to me that at least for the moment, cooler heads see short term future growth in the share price. (Now, having said that, watch it plunge to 2c ha, ha, ha)
3. The extra shares at 6c have possibly put a sentiment cap on the shares going above that mark for the moment out of fear that sophisticated investors would sell their windfall as soon as the share price pokes above that level

The ADO story has promise to me. Strong management team. Good product, too, in that it solves an existing problem and does it effectively and cheaply

So, in short, sentiment is down due the overall stock market which currently sees the forces of evil lurking everywhere!
