    hi mikeyboi :) your still hanging in there with LUM huh? i reckon its number one, poor location. i dont think it would be from Clear Channels lack of effort.
    remember Durst had problems finding advertisers for this sign for years, i think they only ever found one adertiser, Teligent, then they went broke and the sign has been just sitting there empty with no interest until Lumacom came along.
