re: litigation with cba Tort law is a minefield. The decision could go against IAS because, as Insider Info mentioned, there is a duty/standard of care owed and it was breached, negligence, or simply public policy (ie the judge thinks IAS should not accept money it should have known was stolen). Too much risk for me.
The company is making noises about being "increasingly confident" but what else would we expect?
