litigation with cba The problem here is the litigation with CBA in which they want $20mil back from that dude that stole the money from the bank and lost it all to IAS.
I wouldn't wanna be up against a heavy weight like CBA in court that's for sure.
If CBA is successful, it'll be all over for IAS and that is what punters are rightly afraid of I believe.
