It doesnt look too far away now. The sp has great depth on the buy side. A matter of time for the patient ones IMHO.
Good to see xcel you declaring your hand, gives you some creditibility, but one wonders as to your barrage of negativity though ?
Once declared in a film " build it & they will come" ! EMS is doing that, for those who dont know have a good look at the procession of announcments and this will be justified.
