Im not comparing HTA with SKG - just illustrating the point that a business needs to invest when they first start, and this costs money. Getting tired of people saying of start up businesses, like SKG effectively, or SWT as a broadband provider, that they arent trading on PE of 6 like such and such stock.
I own a stock on a PE of 5. But that doesnt mean I think its a better stock then say SKG. Likewise, HTA would have a negative PE, but im sure its fine.
I have to give up replying to the ridiculous posts like winfield who say the companies products dont really exist, or people who have the barest knowledge of financials, or even what market cap is. There should be a web page where I can just refer them to so they have some idea before they post.
Not referring to yours Grant of course, Ive learnt a lot by reading your valuation methods, although not always agreeing with them.
