The problem is i dont think the dummy will work however how do you count the dumb sellers who may fall for it???top 20 dummies???lol!but then again it would more than likely be a good indicator of significant news about to come the way of HEG,my stab in the dark would be on the laos project???maybe..or the current trial going on with bigger than expected grades,new ground??...lt
