You achieved exactly what I had hoped.

You handled the situation brilliantly ... so congratulations from me.

For those of you who are interested .... pumper and I had a long conversation before he went over to Perth on business.

I asked him ... if he had time to go to the department and see if he could find out what was happening to our application.

To speak to the person who is handling the application is awesome in my opinion.

It clarifies what is happening.

3 departments to approve the one application.

A department may alter the overlays at any time and not tell the applicants ....  and then just keep asking for more information ..... one point at a time  ....  consider the delays that this will cause .....  and even if the dept knows the answer they are not allowed to inform the applicant of the answer.

Once upon a time they were allowed to help the company complete such an application!!!!!!! 

Whatever happened to us all working together to achieve our common goals and dreams?????

What did the were the managers thoughts on Shelly Pumper ??????

I'm sure that there are a number of posters on here who would be interested in his opinion.
