as I understand it, the 280 $m will not necessarily come from DI. DI will act to facilitate the raising, and may chip in too I expect. But I don't think it will be all their money.
Nonetheless its positive, as of course the economics must be good to give them confidence the raising can be done successfully. But they also get rewarded for these efforts with share options and fees so it looks like a good deal for them too.
Will be interesting to see how this pans out in next few months.
