So now we will have to fork out salaries for 6 people to run a company that does nothing. Excellent!, but why stop at 6, why not 20 directors and milk it dry a bit quicker.
Get real, by all means replace a disfunctional and totally unproductive board but a company the size of YRR can easily be run by 3 people, especially when only one will ever actually be doing anything and the rest just rubber stamps.
They won't get my vote on principal. Reduce it to 3 and I'll gladly support the change.
