Well - I was thinking of this on the walk home and the only interesting thing I could come up with is that small investors are unlikely to be the buyers.
If that's the case, its the large end of town doing the buying in reasonable volume which would make me think good things are to come.
Could be a case of fundies etc saying 'wish we could take that opportunity' - if we can't ... who can ? MQG one of the few able to take on risk (=opportunity).
