Sorry, did not answer your MD question. Mainly Dubai, but spend time in Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain. Often frequenting Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. Have been to KSA once for 2 days.
I went to Kuwait for work in January and spent my off time in Dubai snowboarding. I have been there many times and will continue to.
Sorry if my above post was overly simplistic. (US/ China/ India economy etc)
