Hi Nine lives, I wasn't trying to take away any credit by saying it was from 6 weeks ago i find the article very interesting, I just thought it was worth noting for those that might believe the cat is out of the bag. And yes I agree it is bizarre that they are coming out saying they are building they port and rail but I believe whoever is funding the project (their strategic partners) is the one in control of the port and rail and they would be in negotiations with other mines.
