what the heck is imic up to??, page-5

I was always under the impression that IMIC's intention was to piggyback on SDL's port rail solution. If SDL has struggled to get an infrastructure solution even with it's massive resource, and it's rather sexy DSO deposit, and the PFS and DFS already all done then IMIC's Nkout is a no hoper nonstarter....it has no DSO to speak of and will need to go straight to benefication......but should a rail line just happen to appear next to Nkout that leads to a port then suddenly Nkout is worth having another look at. I thought that was an astute albeit opportunistic move by IMIC.

I get all that...what I don't get is the way IMIC are talking like they are the ones doing what SDL is actually doing regarding infrastructure AND they have taken it one step further and named the EPC contractor for port/rail. Again I ask...what's with that??
