    Is it not a case of IMIC being the Chinese tenderer for SDL's R&P EPC and that IMIC, based on knowledge they may have(more probably "did" )gathered on the European tender, they are now confident to come out blazing with announcements of this sort, believing that they've already won the tender, thereby also fulfilling the Affero objectives? Scary!

    Is this why the SP is where it is. All but the retailers in the know of what's coming.
