market will turn no doubt about it, it's the market it goes up n down and all around.. we need to live with it.. won't turn for a while yet but stay nice and liquid ... we may go sideways for a decade...but it will definitely turn.....don't think it will stabilise from here,..commercial property will be all the rage in some 6 months.
