A client may be told something, or just read one of our brouchers to get an idea of how things are done, but how they are actually done is another matter.
Yes emotion is a very bad thing in trading, thats why "I buy shares based on shape of the graph, and research, like a sine wave, it is easier that way, no emotion involved." :)
