In fact even though TTT doesn't rally with the general market, you should want others to run. Once other stocks finish their rally, people will look for something lag behind. The liquidily in small caps companies is still terrible as we are still in a bear market. I think the reason why Titomic lags behind the general market is that new investors may worry about upcoming capital raise. Also, it seems that there is a relatively large holder tries to sell his or her shares here from the market depth perspective. I may be wrong but try to be more patient mate.
