    Hi Thurman,

    I know it's been a frustrating stock but there is some definite interest at the moment. 1 million shares just went through at $1.11 (20, 000000 pre con), my feeling is that we should not sell at the moment. Even if VPG sold everything, I believe we'd make money (after liquidator fees).
