    I lost my acceptance form for the take over offer and have been trying for several days now to get another form so that I could take up the TPT offer, but in spite of repeated promises to do so, I have still not received the form. On reading these posts I am now wondering if that could be a blessing and I should hang on to my JKA shares. I would welcome any comments on this.
