I am very surprised if he has, as I don't think TPT can do that without making the offer unconditional which clearly has yet to occur.

I would like to hear from the BOD though. Its been a while since they advised not to do anything and there has been no update, however they did say when they stated not to do anything that they were waiting for the composition of the new TPT board so the silence suggests this is still their viewpoint and they don't need to provide any further response.

At least we know that this mess will be over shortly, one way or another.
