Going by what I heard on this podcast teamwilly Germany is well used to accepting large numbers of refugees over a long period . Problem is this time they are not "workers" , most will remain on welfare . How long before family reunification programmes kick in ? This will ruin Germany , 1.4 mill now , over 2 mill by end of year and then ballistic birth rates with very few workers amongst them . Not to forget these people are totally at odds culturally , crime figures will escalate like a plague , social unrest will become the norm - I pity Germany and Germans
Merkel has misjudged this badly , she will be out of a job and will walk away from an out of control mess
