Happy to be on the sidelines since 6+ months ago (I got out ~15cents) for a substantial loss might I add. Basically as soon as Mer was cancelled and we went into the Eagle shales I was out the door.

I still follow along of course. I am hopeful the company one day gets back to drilling Mer. I would be very interested to see what that returns after all this time, and if the company made the right decision to delay it.

You can't really argue that they made the wrong call delaying the Canning though. Buru is no closer to unlocking its secrets and have essentially wasted 12-18months in politics, paperwork and approvals. NSE are obviously happy to have Buru do the ground work before returning to reap the rewards in 3-5years time.

The jury is still out whether NSE will still be around in 3-5years of course....
