one thing i have noticed about management is they under-promise and over-deliver
i wouldn't be (as) surprised now if we see annoucements advising of expedited progress in 2014 given the flexibility of a bigger warchest
at the end of the day it all comes down to management, and id put my money on the team which has a track record
