wacka doodle world has several character types. Some are just plain dumb and opinionated. Some are tactless and dumb. Some are offensive, tactless and dumb. Some, well, some are special, a high concentration mix of all their obnoxious characteristics
for some reason, one sees a lot of them in UK and Australia, percentage wise - even more so than in many parts of the US
I reckon it's got something to do with social trash, the UK clearly didn't transport enough to make a meaningful difference when gifting the Australian colony with such flawed genetics. So, both nations now suffer
